Account and Order Data

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. An email address is not required registration information. This service processes usernames, authentication credentials, and subscription status to enable sign-in, verify access rights, and deliver the service. Keep your credentials secure, and do not send passwords or complete subscription links in support tickets.

Order records include the selected plan, payment amount, order status, and transaction reference information. They are used to verify payments, update subscriptions, handle refunds, and resolve billing disputes. Descriptions and attachments submitted in a support ticket are used to investigate the issue; please remove any personal information unrelated to it.

What Our No-Logs Policy Covers

VPNVJ does not keep logs of the websites users visit, browsing history, request content, or connection logs that could be used to reconstruct an individual's network activity. Temporary connection states needed to transmit data are not retained as persistent connection logs and are not used to track activity after a connection ends.

Traffic usage calculated for subscription billing is handled separately from browsing content. Usage data helps determine the remaining plan allowance; it does not mean that destinations are recorded. Account sign-ins, orders, and support tickets are account-management records and are not covered by the term “no network activity logs.”

Site Analytics and Local Storage

Website analytics help us understand page views, referral sources, and feature interactions so we can improve content and workflows. Analytics are limited to the website and user panel. They do not read content from third-party websites accessed through international routes or include that content in analytics.

Cookies and browser local storage may be used to maintain sign-in status and save language preferences and essential interface settings. Authentication credentials identify the current session and should not be shared with others. You can restrict cookies or clear site data in your browser settings; doing so may require you to sign in again and may reset your preferences. Clearing browser data does not delete your server-side account.

Payments and Third-Party Processing

This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant payment provider or transaction network, and any information they collect or make public is subject to their own rules. VPNVJ confirms payment using order references and payment results; you do not need to submit your payment account password in a support ticket.

Necessary order information may be shared with relevant payment providers to verify payments or resolve disputes. This service does not share data for the purpose of selling personal information. Where disclosure is legally required, information is handled only as required and to the necessary extent. This policy does not govern data processing on external pages.

Data Retention and Deletion

Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide account services. Order and after-sales records are retained for as long as needed to complete transactions, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal requirements. Analytics data is processed only as long as needed for analysis and maintenance; identifiable information that is no longer needed should be deleted or de-identified. This policy does not promise a single retention period without a basis for doing so.

To access, correct, or delete account data, sign in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal. This service will verify account ownership and explain what can be handled and which records must still be retained. Deleting an account may affect subscription use. Data retained by law will be restricted to the required purposes, and relevant backup information will be handled through the normal cleanup cycle.

Policy Updates and Questions

If our information-handling practices change, this page will be updated and the date at the top revised. Significant changes to processing purposes or data scope will be explained through a notice visible on the site.
