Service and Scope

VPNVJ provides subscription services for smart routing and cross-border network acceleration: websites in mainland China connect directly, while international websites use international routes. Coverage includes 100+ countries and 170+ routes. Supported platforms are Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. See the user panel for available routes and client download links.

The service provides network connectivity only. It does not include accounts, content subscriptions or usage rights for third-party websites. Those websites may set their own regional, account and access requirements; connecting through a route does not grant eligibility to use them. See the Privacy Policy for information about data handling.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription information secure. Do not publish subscription links or submit them to public pages. If you notice an unusual login, exposed credentials or activity you did not initiate, change your password and report it through a ticket.

An unlimited number of devices may be online at the same time, but the account and subscription are for the account holder’s use only. Do not resell, rent out or publicly distribute a subscription, or share your account with others. Unlimited devices does not permit providing connection relay services to the public.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data bundles remain available until used and never expire. Before ordering, check the amount, data allowance and billing method on the pricing page. Payments are accepted via Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.

Compliant Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are located and to the services you use, and ensure that your activities meet local requirements. You may not use the service to commit fraud, violate others’ privacy or intellectual property rights, distribute unlawful content or engage in other illegal activities.

You may not launch network attacks, conduct malicious scans, send spam or use automation abusively in ways that disrupt the service. When accessing third-party platforms, you must also follow their terms of service. Network connectivity does not change your responsibility for the content you access or the actions you take.

Service Availability and Liability

Route performance depends on your local network, carrier routing, the status of destination websites and maintenance changes. VPNVJ does not guarantee fixed speeds, uninterrupted availability or continued access to specific third-party content. If a problem occurs, check your local connection, update your subscription and switch routes first. Then submit the relevant troubleshooting details through a ticket.

Maintenance or changes to external networks may cause temporary interruptions. This service is not responsible for the operation of third-party platforms, including their content changes, account actions or independent outages. Liability is determined under applicable law. These terms do not exclude or limit liability where doing so is prohibited by law, or reduce your statutory rights.

Refund Policy

You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of your first payment. No explanation is needed. Sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request through the ticket portal, including the order information needed for verification.

Verifying your order does not change the refund policy above. Do not include your password, complete payment credentials or subscription link in a ticket. Refund updates are provided through the ticket system. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment channel, and these terms do not promise a specific processing time. Requests submitted after this period will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the details of the order.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If VPNVJ identifies illegal use, subscription resale or sharing, service disruption or account theft, it may take measures based on the risk, including restricting connections, suspending service or terminating an account. If you disagree with a measure, you may request a review through a ticket. Account actions do not affect any refund or other rights you may have under applicable law.

When service rules change, this page will be updated with the revised terms and the month of the latest update. Changes that affect important user rights will be announced on the site or in the user panel. Please review changes before continuing to use the service. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights already granted under active orders. Disputes will be handled under applicable law.
